дразнение
Удаление газов и восстановление оксидов меди из жидкой черновой меди при огневом анодном рафинировании введением в расплав древесины и ее пиролиза. В печи во время дразнения поддерживают восстановит. среду сжиганием топлива с недостатком воздуха. В наст. время для восстановления оксидов из черновой меди практикуют использование паромазутной эмульсии, подаваемой через фурмы в ванну расплава. По окончании «дразнения», т.е. после снижения содержания кислорода, р-ренного в меди до желаем. предела (ок. 0,2 % и для вайербарсов 0,1-0,02 %) медь разливают в изложницы разливочной машины и в виде анодов определ. формы отправляют на электролиз для более тонкого ее рафинирования.
